What makes you smile?
I very happily do these!! I enjoy doing requests and I always learn something in the process. It is a personal activity between me and you, whether it is to keep alive a memorable time or place or special person, or it is to uplift your life, or put a dream there. Whatever I produce, it is always a unique piece. It is unique for you and is yours. There is no other painting exactly the same. I can come see you, meet at the special place, whatever is needed to build the rapport to create that picture for life.
If you see a painting of mine you like but would prefer it, say, in a different color emphasis or size or any other way, then I will do it.
Prints
I will happily do prints. Just let me know what you need and size and I will work out price and delivery.
HOW
I
WORK
1. You tell me what you want, with any reference photos. The size, color scheme, any emphasis, etc. and by when if applicable. We can meet, talk in person, so I get the personal side. We trust each other.
2. We also agree on a price. I ask for a 40% deposit to start.
3. I will get going on it and and keep in touch, meet again to keep the close and personal aspect in place. At key points of its progress I will email you photos so you can see how it’s going.
That then gives a chance for you to interject any changes or guidance and gives me a chance to make changes before it’s too late!
The overall idea is I work with you as a friend.
The agreed price stays the same, unless, of course, three quarters of the way through one completely changes one’s mind to a painting entirely different thus noticeably adding time and work.
4. You see photos of the final result.
5. You are happy.
6. We discuss delivery and payment. Delivery cost is included in the overall price. I will deliver it personally if at all feasible.
In the end we have worked together to create the picture. You feel thankful. I feel proud. We are friends
